Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) Travel Insurance
All KWEST travelers will have medical insurance for the duration of KWEST coordinated through Kellogg. This policy does not provide travel insurance such as cancellation coverage, damage or loss of luggage or personal effects, or trip interruption coverage.
At registration, you will have the option to opt in for Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) insurance. You can purchase CFAR insurance here. The deadline to purchase this additional trip protection is June 3, 2025.

Travel Insurance & Claims Responsibility
Quest Excursions strongly recommends that all travelers consider purchasing “Cancel For Any Reason” (CFAR) travel insurance for added flexibility and protection. If a traveler chooses to purchase travel insurance, including CFAR coverage, it is the sole responsibility of the traveler to file any claims directly with the insurance provider. Quest Excursions is not responsible for filing claims, following up on the claim process, or determining the outcome of any insurance claims. All questions, documentation, and communications related to coverage and reimbursement must be handled between the traveler and the insurance company.
Important Cancellation Deadlines
Please note that the KWEST deposit of $640 paid to Kellogg is fully nonrefundable and not subject to the terms listed below. If Travel Protection insurance is purchased, the $640 Kellogg deposit remains nonrefundable.
