Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: April 11, 2025
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made with Quest Excursions LLC.
1. Booking Changes
- Change Requests:
All changes must be submitted in writing to hello@questexcursions.com. Changes are subject to availability and additional fees may apply. - Name Changes:
Some bookings (especially flights or tickets) do not allow name changes. We will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee changes.
2. Customer Cancellations
- Written Notice Required:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. - Non-Refundable Services:
Certain services, including but not limited to promotional packages, special offers, and last-minute bookings, are non-refundable. - Deposit and Additional Payment Refundability:
Deposits are non-refundable upon payment. All additional payments are non-refundable within 60 days of the start of travel. - Refund Timeline:
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to your original method of payment, less any applicable processing fees or non-recoverable supplier costs. - Supplier Policies Apply:
Refunds are subject to supplier terms (hotels, airlines, tour operators, etc.). If a supplier denies a refund, we cannot override their policy.
3. Company-Initiated Cancellations
- Circumstances Beyond Our Control:
If we must cancel due to unforeseen events (weather, natural disaster, supplier closure, etc.), we will offer an alternative service, credit, or refund at our discretion.
4. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellations, delays, or emergencies. Insurance may reimburse costs not covered by our policy.
5. Force Majeure
No refunds will be provided for cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to pandemics, travel restrictions, natural disasters, strikes, or acts of war.
